GERD or acid reflux its causes, symptoms and remedies
Acid reflux occurs to individuals from all age groups and walks of life especially with women who are pregnant, those who smokes as well as those who sleeps immediately on a meal.Certain signs that are indications of acid reflux are: difficulty in breathing, chest congestion, mild to severe heartburn or hoarseness are some serious signs. The Gastroenterologists of New York University Medical Center already have tested this and confirmed to be a fact that increased intake of salt can increase the risk of developing acid reflux.
Certain easy ways can be located to identify the symptoms by the individuals so that acid reflux treatment can be immediately initiated. There are number of ways on how to treat this disease. Some management includes drugs such as antacid, modification of diet, elevation of the head when lying down, or the last resort will be surgery. Acid reflux prevention is better than its cure, as is with any other disease or condition.
